Rohan Hogan is responsible for the development of the Regional Catchment Strategy which provides overall direction for protecting and maintaining the natural resources of north central Victoria.

Rohan also provides expert advice and support in various water policy and planning projects. Rohan has over 18 year's professional experience in a wide range of natural resource management (NRM) areas including River Health, Environmental Flows, Land and Water Management, Salinity Management and Water Policy.
