The focus for the Project Officer role will be to liaise with land holders and Traditional Owners to protect and enhance threatened Box-Gum and Grey Box grassy woodland ecological communities within the project area. Key components central to the role will be the implementation of a devolved grants scheme, ecological monitoring, co-ordination of pest plant and animal control, facilitation of Indigenous engagement and participation, and building land managers’ knowledge and skills through capacity building activities.
