The Irrigation Farm Business Plan provides the opportunity for you to assess where your business is situated now and where you want it to be in the future.
The Plan will help you and those involved in your business make more informed decisions to improve your drought resilience, particularly in relation to managing irrigation water and water markets.
The North Central Catchment Management Authority worked with the Irrigated Cropping Council and Murray Dairy to the implement the Plan2Farm project.
Working through the workbook helps farmers consider their exposure to water markets and the efficiency of their irrigation system, and the influence this may have on their future farming business.
This project received funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.
