Come and see first-hand how Sidonia beef farmer Sam White is using holistic management principles to plan rotational grazing, improve soil health, grow more grass and boost animal performance.

Sam, along with his family, manages 2,000 acres of granite hill country just north of Kyneton.

He runs 300 head of Angus and Charolais beef cattle in one mob to reduce the time spent grazing paddocks, thus maximising pasture recovery.

The family also runs a paddock to plate business, Sidonia Beef.Naturally, selling their beef directly to local customers, restaurants and butchers.
