Executive Manager Program Delivery

The North Central Catchment Management Authority (North Central CMA) is the lead natural resource management agency in north central Victoria. Delivering programs in partnership with communities and other agencies, the North Central CMA works to deliver lasting change for the region’s four river catchments and the many natural assets in the region. With a vision for sustainably managed land, water and biodiversity resources that support productive and prosperous communities now, and in the future, the North Central CMA’s mission is to create natural resource management partnerships and programs that deliver lasting change for the community. 
 
Reporting to an inspirational and contemporary Chief Executive Officer as the Executive Manager Program Delivery, you will be a critical member of the executive leadership team and valued for your contribution to North Central CMA’s direction and outcomes. Overseeing a large, experienced and passionate team, you will provide authentic leadership to support them in their development including empowering them to take more ownership (with limited direction) of the end to end delivery process while you focus on the strategy. This is an outstanding opportunity to deliver large scale diverse natural resource management programs while strategically identifying new programs that provide notable outcomes to the community and industry partners. 
 
To be considered for this enviable opportunity, we are seeking an astute and proven executive leader who is recognised for their strategic approach to program delivery and empowering teams to success. Furthermore, we are seeking an executive who has strong environmental values and highly developed stakeholder engagement skills. Technical knowledge in sustainability, agriculture, water, environment or other natural resource management is expected and previous experience working for a CMA or within the natural resource management field or the public sector will be highly regarded.
