The delivery of costshare incentives is provided by support and funding under the Loddon Campaspe Irrigation Region Land and Water Management Plan as part of the North Central Catchment Management Authority Regional Catchment Strategy (RCS)     from the Australian and Victorian Governments They are delivered primarily through partnerships between the North Central Catchment Management Authority the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority Department of Primary Industries Department of Sustainability and Environment GoulburnMurray Water local government and other bodies

In order to encourage sustainable irrigated land and water management use across the wider community, the North Central CMA utilises a number of incentives.   The North Central CMA is active in providing landholders with advice and information on current best practices, training and skill improvement, as well as a proven successful suite of cost-share incentives to achive  regional Catchment Strategy (RCS)  objectives.
