Our Staff

As stated in our 2012-13 to 2016-17 Corporate Plan 'Our people remain a key asset, not only through their skills and knowledge but also extensive networks and - most importantly - their passion and commitment to delivering enduring environmental change.'

We recognise that the works we do for the benefit of our environment is not possible without the dedication of passionate and hardworking people, whether they be volunteer groups or staff members.

Knowledge Groups

As part of our committment to sharing our environmental knowledge externally with our partners and community, we are also committed to an internal exchange of knowledge. Known as Knowledge Groups each staff member is part of a theme; Land, Water or Biodiversity. The Knowledge Groups encourages staff to come together and communicate new findings and discuss any issues within their theme and is founded on the understanding that we can achieve more working together by sharing information, experiences and knowledge than we can alone.
